"Very bad services, i had issuance policy with them first they changed me 205 $ monthly ( expensive) and than I had three claims during 6 months ( animal hit, stone hit my glass and minor accident with stationary object) none of them were due to the my fault or due to the car to car accident but they reported all of them under collisions ( which means car to car accidents) and than they cancelled my policy and that cost me to pay more money for the next car insurance, I don’t recommend it."

"Have not been happy with Maria Melnik's office since Bob Jordan retired. They have used aggressive sales tactics, like calling over 10 times a week and hanging up. No message left. Then there are messages at times where they want to sell us life insurance. They can't even pronounce my sons name correctly and it's a basic name. If we don't call back, that means we are NOT interested and don't keep calling us. Such harassment. Bob would never have done that. I called to say I was not renewing an apartment fire policy and the gentlemen I talked to had zero customer service skills. I had to repeat my request several times because he kept asking "what is it again??". I have no confidence that my request was taken care of. We left for another state farm agent who is hopefully not at all obnoxious like this office. I truly miss Bob and Sue and their style of professionalism."
