"Nivedika Lal is an angel. She is incredibly kind, patient, intelligent, caring, sweet, and a pleasure to work with. I first became a client of hers in 2023 when I was getting car insurance for myself for the first time. It is a very intimidating process, as words like "deductible" and "comprehensive" meant absolutely nothing to me. Nivedika taught me things I should have learned in high school, and never once made me feel bad for not knowing, such a sweetheart. She understood that as a recent college grad I was only interested in state minimums and paying the lowest premium possible, she got me a wildly low monthly and when I did want additional coverage for emergency roadside, she added it same day and let me know it was only increasing my monthly bill a little bit. Unfortunately when rates raised due to inflation, nothing Nivedika can control, I had to switch to a competitor. I will miss Niv dearly, and debated staying since you can't really put a price on care from someone I trust as much as Nivedika. She makes State Farm. I want Niv in the commercials instead of Jake, Nivedika IS my Jake from State Farm. She was always there for me, in my corner, helping me along the way, and I'm sure she'll also make you feel welcomed and appreciated."
