ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Maria Melnik - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency team-members. - Gather, provide information and offer insurance products based on needs analysis.
- Fixed hourly + variable monthly commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain daily, weekly, monthly sales related activities to meet monthly goals.
- Strong follow-up skills using phone, texts, email and mail.
- Ability to understand needs and provide quotes in a timely manner.
- Discuss future needs and schedule follow-ups.
- Develop referrals and schedule timely follow-ups.
- Understand the importance of clear note taking and gathering of related documents.
- Explain, calculate and handle payments.
- Complete application, onboarding and quality control process of data input and customer's needs.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist service team with service-related activities 5% to 15%.
- Handle incoming calls, texts, mail, walk-ins, email and provide timely responses.
- Follow-up, where needed.
- Complete all tasks to the end.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions at all times.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, team-members and the Regional Office.
- Submit monthly reports to the Agent.
- Maintain an average of four 5 Star Reviews a month.
- Maintain accurate records of work schedule (including in and out) for payroll.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Must have Property and Casualty and Life, Accident and Health Insurance Licenses.
Compensation $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
